Job Description
As an assistant manager, you will be exposed to the various aspects of managing a health & fitness center, from daily operations to marketing strategies.  Such responsibilities include: customer service, maintenance, marketing, budgets, customer profile analysis, product and competition analysis.

Learning Objectives
The learning objectives of your internship are a combined initiative between the company and GlobalEd including: 

• Company History:  You will understand how and when this company was founded, along with the strengths of the  team behind it
• Product: You will acquire an in-depth knowledge of the health & fitness service.
• Market Research: You will investigate a target market and help design a campaign to reach that market. 
• Customer Interaction: You will participate in the daily operations of this health & fitness center  
• Proposals: You will provide suggestions for improvement based on your personal observations, experience and research.
