This is a mid-sized publisher (less than 50
employees) located in Seville, Spain actively involved the tourism
sector. They publish various free magazines
in both English and Spanish.
Job
Description
As a writer and translator, you will assist in
translating articles from Spanish to English for publication.
In some cases, depending on the needs of the company
and your writing skills, you may submit articles in English for
publication.
Learning
Objectives
The learning objectives of your internship are a combined initiative
between the company and GlobalEd including:
- Project
Management: You will learn the essentials of project management by
participating in the ongoing development projects with Spanish speaking
teams.
- Teamwork:
By working on a team of journalists, you will strengthen your
interpersonal and teambuilding skills through the sharing of
responsibilities and shared objectives.
- Proposals:
You will participate in a few site visits as
well as learn how proposals are prepared and presented to potential
customers.
- Process:
You will be able to explain how information is collected and analyzed
throughout the company, how sales are made and invoicing is processed.

Profile
We are looking for an outgoing and well organized
intern with an interest in learning the ins and outs of journalism and
